Recipe 1: Crispy Garlic Air Fried Chicken Wings

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Temperature: 190°C/375°F
Serves: 2-3

INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 raw chicken wings

  • 12 garlic cloves, chopped

  • Spray oil, as needed

  • Kosher salt and fresh pepper to taste

METHOD:

  1. Place chicken wings, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper into a plastic zip-top bag. Seal and shake well to coat evenly.

  2. Place Air Fryer Basket on Baking/Drip Pan, then transfer wings to the basket.

  3. Place in oven in middle rack position.

  4. Set Time Knob to 20 minutes, Temperature Knob to 375°F, Function Knob to Air Fry.

  5. Air-fry for 10 minutes, turn wings with tongs, then continue for additional 10 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  6. Transfer to serving plate, garnish as desired, and serve.

    Recipe 2: Crispy Italian Chicken Nuggets

    Prep Time: 8 minutes
    Cook Time: 10-12 minutes
    Temperature: 200°C/400°F
    Serves: 2-3

    INGREDIENTS:

    • 4 raw boneless, skinless chicken thighs, quartered

    • ⅓ cup panko bread crumbs

    • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

    • Spray oil, as needed

    • Kosher salt and fresh pepper to taste

    METHOD:

    1. Place all ingredients into a plastic zip-top bag; shake to coat chicken evenly.

    2. Place Air Fryer Basket on Baking/Drip Pan, then transfer chicken to the basket. Place in bottom rack position.

    3. Set Time Knob to 10-12 minutes, Temperature Knob to 400°F, Function Knob to Air Fry.

    4. Air-fry for 5-6 minutes, turn chicken with tongs, then continue for additional 5-6 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.

    5. Remove from oven, garnish as desired, and serve.
