In this episode, we use the Plum Chef Air Fryer Oven Series to prepare two all-time favorites — White Pizza and Roasted Vegetables — showcasing just how easy it is to achieve restaurant-level flavor at home.
🍕 Recipe 1: White Pizza (200 °C · 11 min)
Ingredients:
1 thin-crust pizza dough
¼ cup ricotta cheese
9 slices fresh mozzarella
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Nonstick cooking spray
Directions:
Spray the baking pan with nonstick spray.
Add the pizza dough, then top with ricotta, mozzarella, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
Place the pan on rack Position 3 and set the Plum Chef Oven to PIZZA mode at 200 °C.
Bake for 11 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
Let the pizza cool for 5 minutes before serving.
🥦 Recipe 2: Roasted Vegetables (230 °C · 15 min)
Ingredients:
1 cucumber
10 mushrooms
1 broccoli
1 onion, peeled
1 ear of corn
5 asparagus
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
Line a baking pan with foil.
Cut all vegetables into similar sizes.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and garlic powder.
Place the pan on rack Position 3.
Set to VEGETABLES at 230 °C for 15 minutes, until the veggies are caramelized and tender.
