🍠 Recipe 1: Baked Sweet Potato (230 °C · 35 min)

Directions:
Place the sweet potatoes on the baking pan.
Put the pan on rack Position 2.
Set the Plum Chef Oven to VEGETABLES at 230 °C and bake for 35 minutes, or until tender and caramelized.
Pro Tip: Pierce the potatoes with a fork before baking for even heat circulation and a fluffier interior.
Trim asparagus to 12–15 cm in length. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Wrap 5–6 asparagus spears with one slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
Place on a foil-lined baking pan and insert into rack Position 3.
Set the Plum Chef Oven to ROAST at 230 °C for 10 minutes, or until bacon is crispy and asparagus is tender.
